As founder of LANDAU Design+Technology, Chris is a visionary leader in 3D modeling, visualization, and design for built and immersive environments, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results for clients in a variety of industries. With his team, he provides computational modeling, design, visualization, animation, and digital engagement services, in addition to developing custom design software and workflows for landscape architecture, planning, civil engineering, art, exhibits, and prosthetics.
With 16+ years of experience as a visual technologist, Chris has gained a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by professionals of all ages when it comes to realizing a project’s potential through visual craft. Before founding LANDAU Design+Technology, he made significant contributions to visual representation, digital design, and training at internationally renowned landscape architecture firm, OLIN. Through this experience, he recognized the need for better tools to enable designers to work more efficiently with parametric design, and as a result, developed Land Kit, a custom software for computational landscape architecture that is revolutionizing the industry.
